Body Weight Workout Resource

Check out personal trainer Craig Ballantyne’s YouTube Channel for a huge variety of body weight exercises and programs you can do at home or at the gym, etc. Craig is a very well known trainer and contributor to Men’s Health Magazine and his videos and content are excellent.

Here is an example video, this one titled “Stability Ball Circuit for Abs and Legs” which you can do with very limited equipment.
