Clayton is the Yoda of PT’s…. all knowing!!!! I spent all of my twenties at or around 100kg’s. Clayton’s training helped me to become fit and fabulous! I have ‘guns’ now that people comment on and I feel fantastic at 65kg’s. Clayton helped me with nutritional advice relevant to my vegetarian lifestyle as well as injury management after a sporting mishap. Training was never boring or arduous as Clayton’s training schedule was always fun and varied. And he is fun! Can’t sing but the guy can rock it to the grooves! Thank Goodness for Clayton is my Mantra…. I look great now and it is due to Clayton’s positive motivation and his expertise.
The Best PT in Adelaide I have been training with Clayton for the past 3 years. Clayton keeps the training varied and interesting whilst focusing on my goals. Clayton is a very professional and honest person. He is a top bloke who likes to have a laugh. He not only provides a great training environment but an environment one wants to keep coming back to. Great PT, Great Bloke! I had never done personal training prior to meeting Clayton. Not only was he a great personal trainer but he was also a fun and motivating person in general. His knowledge is not only limited to physical exercise (which in itself has huge depth) but also in nutrition as well, something I found extremely valuable. The Best I had done some excersise in the past and am generally a very active person but I needed more. Clayton was able to give me a training program that suited my likes and dislikes and made excersising more pleasureable which made a huge difference in me wanting to get fitter and stronger both of which I have achieved. Most experienced PT I know I trained with Clayton some time ago and I was extremely happy with the results which was to basically tone up and get a bit stronger. Our sessions were fun too and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
